We deliver your custom branded caps anywhere in Australia. We deliver to city town and regional destinations in all states and territories - ACT | NSW | VIC | QLD | WA | SA | TAS | NT.

Standard Delivery Time for Caps - 2 Weeks

Delivery time varies. In general, we advise a two-week turnaround on delivery, from finalisation of your order to delivery to your door. However, since we are based in Sydney, some places are simply easier to ship to than others. For standard delivery, we advise:

• Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-2 weeks
• Other capital cities: 2-3 weeks

If ordering from another area, please ask our friendly sales staff. They will give you an estimate on delivery time.

We Do Not Deliver Outside of Australia

Express Urgent Delivery - 2 Days

If you need your order in a hurry, it is possible to get it to you in far less than the advised time in some cases, as little as 48 hours, delivered within the Sydney-Melbourne corridor.

Unusually large orders can also affect delivery cost/time. If you're planning to make several orders from us, please let us know, so we can bundle your delivery and save you on freight costs. Please ask our sales staff for details. We deliver right to your door, but since our delivery agents will require a signature on delivery, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

In order to concentrate on our core business of custom-branding high-quality headwear, we contract our deliveries out to a third-party company. For this reason, we are not able to accept responsibility for any delays they may experience. Our warranty does not cover goods that have been damaged during the delivery process but should your order be damaged in transit, we will seek redress from the freight company on your behalf.
